How do you paint water underneath?
This tutorial will walk you through the steps of painting an underwater painting scene with angelfish, algae, bubbles, and corals.
Use two different shades of blue for the underwater color and white for the light shining through the ocean surface.
Then you can add your own sea creatures and corals/algae as well as fun bubbles!
